How long does a project take?+
2–6 weeks depending on scope. A homepage with one AI implementation typically takes 2–3 weeks. A full multi-page site with several integrations is closer to 5–6 weeks.
Do I need to know what AI I want before starting?+
No. We advise on implementation choice as part of the discovery call, based on your business model, customer journey, and where the highest-value opportunities are.
Can I add AI to my site later?+
Yes, but it will cost more than building it in from the start — both in time and money. AI architected in from day one integrates more deeply and performs better than a retrofit.
What do I need to provide?+
Your logo, brand colours, and copy. If you don't have copy yet, we can write it for an additional £300 per page. Everything else — design, build, integrations, deployment — we handle.
Do you offer ongoing support?+
A 30-day support window is included in every project. After that, a monthly retainer is available from £200/month covering updates, monitoring, and priority response.
What if I already have a website?+
Two options: we can rebuild it from scratch (usually recommended for full AI integration), or we can add specific AI features to your existing site. Book a call to discuss which makes more sense.
